Qualifications

• Six or more years of comprehensive, technical and operational knowledge of service business.
• Leads assigned Mechanics on projects typically up to $2M in revenue.
• Experience with HVAC mechanical systems and equipment is desired.

Responsibilities

• Plans, executes and manages assigned mechanical projects.
• Oversees the retrofit process and ensures compliance with Johnson Controls standards.
• Staffs project team and coordinates with subcontractors and support teams.
