Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead construction management of assigned projects within the Sustainability Infrastructure Building Solutions & Technologies group. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget and contract scope, and maintain strong customer and subcontractor relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent with five years PM experience), proficiency in MS Project and MS Office, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent with five years PM experience) in construction-related field.
• Five years direct project management experience in building construction.
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Office and financial accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management of assigned projects to meet schedule, budget and scope.
• Develop and maintain customer and subcontractor relationships and manage change control.
• Provide cost estimating, risk assessment and monthly financial status updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
