Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery and financial performance of complex construction projects in the DMV Region. You will lead from preconstruction to closeout, working closely with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

The ideal candidate has a strong background managing $20M+ projects, excellent client relations, and a proven track record of profitable

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience on projects valued at $20M+.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification, First Aid and CPR certification.
• LEED Specialty Accreditation preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Set objectives, responsibilities, schedules, and expectations for the project team.
• Enforce safety policies and all local, state, and federal safety requirements.
• Build relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead preconstruction, estimating, bidding, and constructability reviews.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Scheduling, BIM, Operations, and Proposal Management teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress.
• Manage procurement activities and subcontractor agreements.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and project cost control.
• Prepare and lead owner meetings and monthly project reviews.
