Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large construction projects in the DMV region from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality, while managing client relationships and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of PM experience on $50M+ projects, OSHA 30, and strong leadership. This role offers a competitive base salary, bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $50 million or more.
• Demonstrated responsibility for financials, quality, schedule and safety.
• OSHA 30-hour certification; First Aid and CPR certification.
• LEED Specialty Accreditation preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and Bluebeam; Primavera scheduling and BIM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Willing to travel throughout the DMV Region.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project financials, schedule, quality, safety, and scope.
• Establish objectives, responsibilities, and schedules for the project team.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor management.
• Prepare monthly owner meetings and reports.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and other team members.
