Superior Skilled Trades partners with a leading construction organization to hire a Senior Project Manager for Major construction projects in the DMV Region. You will oversee delivery, financial performance, and execution from preconstruction through closeout, guiding project teams to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction PM, a proven track record of managing $50M+ projects, and strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management

Qualifications

• .8+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing construction projects valued at $50 million or more.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• LEED Specialty Accreditation preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Working knowledge of Primavera scheduling and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership from preconstruction through closeout for major construction projects.
• Oversee financial performance, schedule, quality, safety, and full project scope.
• Set objectives, responsibilities, and schedules for the project team.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop new business opportunities and bid planning.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Scheduling, BIM, and Operations teams.
• Lead owner meetings and project reviews.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor management, and change orders.
• Monitor costs, forecast cost-to-complete, and overall profitability.
