Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is partnering with a leading construction organization to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager who will oversee delivery, financials, and execution of major projects across the DMV Region.

You will lead from preconstruction to closeout, manage budgets, schedules, safety, and client relationships, and mentor junior staff while leveraging BIM, Procore, and Primavera to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing construction projects valued at $50 million or more.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• LEED Specialty Accreditation preferred.
• Proficiency with project controls and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Maintain responsibility for financial performance, schedule, quality, safety, and full project scope.
• Establish objectives, responsibilities, and schedules for the project team.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance with regulations.
• Build relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
• Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Scheduling, BIM, and Operations teams.
• Provide input for RFPs, logistics, schedules, and construction approaches.
