Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades, partnered with SST Direct, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects across the DMV Region. You will drive safety, schedule, and budget adherence from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires a proven track record on $20M+ projects, strong client relationships, and expertise in procurement, scheduling tools, and BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience on projects $20M+.
• Proven history of delivering profitable, high-quality projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; LEED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Establish objectives, schedules, and expectations for project teams.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor performance, and cost control.
• Lead owner meetings and report on progress and risks.
• Mentor Project Managers and other team members.
