Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is partnering with a leading construction organization to hire a Senior Project Manager in Bethesda, MD. You will oversee delivery and financial performance for complex construction projects in the DMV Region, leading from preconstruction to closeout and coordinating with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors.

The role demands a track record of profitable project delivery, strong client relationships, and expertise in scheduling, BIM, and procurement.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience with projects valued at $20 million or more.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
OSHA 30-hour certification; First Aid and CPR; LEED Specialty Accreditation preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and Bluebeam; working knowledge of Primavera scheduling and BIM.
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership from preconstruction through closeout for complex projects.
Establish objectives, schedules and expectations for the project team.
Enforce safety policies and regulations on site.
Build relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers and subcontractors.
Identify opportunities for future business and participate in business development.
