Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee delivery and financial performance of large construction projects within the DMV region, from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance, and develop client relationships with Owners, Architects, and Engineers on projects often valued at $20 million or more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience on projects valued at $20M or more.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera and BIM tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Establish objectives, schedules, and expectations for the project team.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and cost controls.
• Lead owner meetings and coordinate with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and construction managers.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and report on financial performance.
