Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Executive for Construction and Manufacturing Commercial Lines of Insurance. This senior, client-facing role manages Property & Casualty relationships for a complex portfolio, guiding service delivery and strategy.

The position supports a hybrid work schedule with offices in San Ramon, San Francisco or Concord, CA, and travel as needed. Candidates should have 8–10 years in P&C and 5+ years as an Account Executive.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role.
• 5+ years in an Account Executive role.
• Experience in project management and client program leadership.
• Relevant industry designations preferred (e.g., CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM)

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Producers on new business development, renewals, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Serve as a hands-on contributor in the delivery of client service, ensuring strategies are effectively implemented and executed
• Lead the marketing and placement process, including development of submission strategy and market submissions, direct engagement with carriers, and negotiation of coverage terms, conditions, and pricing
• Align internal resources to support client needs, including renewal strategies and long-term risk management initiatives
• Collaborate with Producers, Risk Control, Claims, and service team members to develop risk analyses and client facing deliverables
• Mentor and support client service team members
• Oversee timely completion of service deliverables including endorsements, certificates, audits, and invoicing
• Travel as needed to support client relationships and business development efforts
