Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in California is seeking a Client Executive to manage a complex Property & Casualty portfolio for construction and manufacturing clients. As a senior, client-facing contributor, you will oversee service delivery, coordinate program activities, and advise clients on risk management and coverage strategy.

You will mentor the client service team, partner with Producers, and lead submissions to carriers while negotiating terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance, construction/manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Strong negotiation and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in carrier marketing and submission processes.
• Ability to mentor team members and collaborate across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers on new business, renewals, and expansions.
• Lead delivery of client service and ensure strategy execution.
• Drive marketing and placement with high-quality submissions.
• Coordinate internal resources for renewals and risk management.
• Develop risk analyses and client-facing deliverables with the team.
• Manage select client relationships and oversee service deliverables.
• Travel as needed to support relationships and business development.
