Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a seasoned Client Executive for Construction and Manufacturing Commercial Lines. This senior, client-facing role manages Property & Casualty relationships across a diverse portfolio, guiding service delivery, submissions, and risk management with a hands-on approach.

The position supports mentoring of team members, collaborates with Producers and internal partners, and requires travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

8–10 years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role.
5+ years in an Account Executive role and demonstrated project leadership.
Active broker license and relevant industry designations preferred (CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Producers on new business, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Lead market submissions, engage with carriers, and negotiate coverage terms and pricing.
Coordinate internal resources to support renewal strategies and long-term risk management.
Develop risk analyses, stewardship reports, and client-facing deliverables.
Mentor service team members and manage select client relationships.
Ensure timely, accurate service deliverables including endorsements and invoices.
