Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Executive for Construction and Manufacturing commercial lines. Hybrid work schedule; location options include our San Ramon, San Francisco or Concord, CA offices, with in-office presence 2 days per week.

The role manages a complex client portfolio, leads service delivery, and serves as a strategic advisor while mentoring team members to elevate service quality. Requires extensive P&C knowledge and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role.
• 5+ years in an Account Executive role.
• Demonstrated project management & client program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers on all aspects of client service, including new business development and renewals.
• Deliver hands-on client service and ensure strategies are effectively implemented.
• Lead marketing and placement, develop submission strategy, negotiate coverage terms and pricing.
• Coordinate internal resources for renewal strategies and long-term risk management.
