Job summary

Epic Insurance Brokers and Consultants is seeking a Client Executive to manage a complex Property & Casualty portfolio for construction and manufacturing clients, serving as a strategic advisor and hands-on resource.

You will mentor teammates, lead submissions and carrier negotiations, and collaborate with Producers, Risk Control, Claims, and service teams to drive retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to quickly become proficient in Sagitta and ImageRight.
• Ability to leverage technology, data and AI to streamline workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence, mentor and collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret contracts and financial data.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers across client service, renewals and growth opportunities.
• Serve as a hands-on contributor delivering client service strategies.
• Lead the marketing and placement process with high-quality submissions and carrier negotiations.
• Coordinate internal resources to support renewal strategies and risk management.
• Collaborate with Risk Control, Claims, and service teams to deliver analyses and reports.
• Mentor Client Managers and colleagues to ensure quality service delivery.
• Oversee timely completion of service deliverables and invoicing.
• Travel as needed to support client relationships and business development.
