Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks an experienced Client Executive for Construction and Manufacturing to manage P&C insurance relationships across a complex client portfolio. You will lead service delivery, coordinate programs, and advise on risk management while mentoring team members.

Hybrid work available in CA. The role requires deep P&C knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a client-facing role.
• 5+ years in an Account Executive role with project leadership experience.
• Active P&C broker license and relevant designations preferred (CIC/CPCU/CRM/ARM).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers on new business, renewals, and expansions within accounts.
• Lead delivery of client service and coordinate renewal strategies.
• Manage market submissions, carrier engagement, and coverage pricing negotiations.
• Coordinate internal resources for risk analysis and client reporting.
• Mentor service team members and support client relationships.
• Oversee timely delivery of endorsements, certificates, audits, and invoicing.
• Travel as needed to support client relationships and business development.
