Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in California seeks a senior Client Executive for Construction and Manufacturing Commercial lines. You will manage a complex portfolio, lead service delivery, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored risk solutions.

The role requires 8–10 years in P&C insurance, with 5+ years in Account Executive capacity, and licensing. Hybrid work with in-office 2x weekly in San Ramon/CA. Build client relationships and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role
• 5+ years in an Account Executive role
• Designations such as CIC, CPCU, CRM or ARM preferred
• Active Property & Casualty Broker License; valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers on all aspects of client service, including new business, renewals, and expansions
• Lead delivery of client service; ensure strategies are implemented
• Lead marketing and placement process; develop submission strategies and negotiate terms
• Coordinate internal resources; execute renewal strategies and risk management
• Collaborate with teams to develop risk analyses and client-facing deliverables
• Mentor client service team members and support development
• Manage endorsements, certificates, audits, and invoicing
• Evaluate exposures and advise on coverage structure and risk financing
• Travel as needed to support relationships and business development
