Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in the Bay Area seeks a Client Executive for Construction and Manufacturing P&C to manage a complex client portfolio. The role blends strategic advisory with hands-on service, leading submissions, negotiations, and program design with internal teams.

You will mentor teammates, coordinate risk analyses and deliverables, and travel as needed to sustain client relationships and growth in a hybrid office setting (San Ramon / SF / Concord, CA).

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, including construction & manufacturing exposures.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to learn internal systems (Sagitta and ImageRight).
• Ability to leverage AI solutions to streamline workflows and improve client service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without formal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills in interpreting coverage forms, contracts, and financial data.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Producers on new business development, renewals, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Serve as a hands-on contributor in client service, ensuring strategies are effectively implemented and executed.
• Lead marketing and placement process, including submissions, market engagement with carriers, and pricing negotiations.
• Align internal resources to support client needs, including renewal strategies and long-term risk management.
• Collaborate to develop risk analyses, stewardship reports, and client-facing deliverables.
• Partner with Client Managers to ensure efficient service delivery; manage select client relationships.
• Oversee timely completion of endorsements, certificates, audits, and invoicing.
• Evaluate exposures and provide strategic recommendations on coverage structure and program design.
• Mentor and share knowledge to support service team members.
• Travel as needed to support client relationships and business development.
