Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks a Client Executive for Commercial Construction and Manufacturing in California. You will manage Property & Casualty relationships for a complex portfolio, lead service delivery, coordinate program activities, and act as strategic advisor to clients.

Candidates should have 8–10 years P&C experience, 5+ years as Account Executive, and prefer CIC/CPCU/CRM/ARM designations, plus strong negotiation, MS Office, Sagitta and ImageRight skills. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role.
• 5+ years in an Account Executive role; project management and client program leadership experience.
• Industry designations preferred (e.g., CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers on new business, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead marketing and placement, including market submissions and carrier negotiations.
• Coordinate internal resources to support client needs and renewal strategies.
• Develop risk analyses, stewardship reports, and client-facing deliverables.
• Manage select client relationships and oversee service deliverables.
