Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Executive for construction and manufacturing commercial insurance to manage a complex portfolio with a client-facing, senior contributor role. You will lead service delivery, coordinate program activities, and execute client strategies while mentoring service team members.

The ideal candidate will bring advanced negotiation skills, deep P&C knowledge, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

Strong negotiation skills with deep knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, including major lines and exposures; construction/manufacturing focus preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to quickly become proficient in internal systems (Sagitta and ImageRight).
Demonstrated ability to leverage technology, data, and AI solutions to improve workflows, accuracy, and client service.

Responsibilities

Partner with Producers on client service, new business development, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Lead market submissions, engage carriers directly, and negotiate terms, coverage, and pricing.
Coordinate internal resources to support client needs and renewal strategies.
Develop risk analyses and stewardship reports; deliver client-facing materials.
Mentor client service teammates and support relationships across accounts.
