ENFRA LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to provide comprehensive field leadership for complex, large-scale projects. You will coordinate multiple trades, manage safety, and ensure alignment with contract documents and schedules.

A strong focus on leadership, communication, and on-site execution is essential. You will drive planning, procurement, and site operations, partnering with Project Management to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in large ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Primavera.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Aufgaben

• Champion project safety and lead the Site-Specific Safety Plan and investigations.
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule; lead pull planning efforts.
• Coordinate site construction activities to meet the Project Schedule and contract docs.
• Schedule and attend inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients as needed.
• Coordinate installation between trades and drive progress per schedule.
• Provide field leadership and support for commissioning activities.
• Attend jobsite meetings, manage deliveries, and document progress.
