Clark Water is seeking a Construction Executive to lead all field operations on a wastewater project, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will supervise self-performed and contracted work, align with contract documents, and drive progress through rigorous planning and coordination with stakeholders.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep knowledge of construction processes, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams on active job sites in

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• 12+ years of experience on wastewater treatment projects.
• Experience leading large dam/reservoir/heavy civil projects is a plus.
• 6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Advanced knowledge of safety and building regulations (OSHA).

Responsabilités

• Supervise and lead installation of contracted work on the project(s).
• Implement safety programs and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule and key milestones.
• Communicate schedule and plans to contractors and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
• Cultivate client relationships and represent the company professionally.
