Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead contract administration, procurement, scheduling, and financial reporting on large-scale projects. This role requires oversight of permits, insurance verification for subs, and proactive stakeholder coordination with owners and design teams.

The candidate will mentor a project team, drive safety on site, and contribute to business development through proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience, preferably for a general contractor on large-scale projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Understanding of strategic, operational, and financial components of a project.
• Strong work ethic, leadership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Have thorough knowledge of the company's contracts and understand all parties involved.
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Lead project close-out including turnover of manuals and warranties and final payment documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineering, and design firms.
• Establish deadlines and monitor project progress.
• Drive a culture of safety on the project site.
• Support business growth via proposals and presentations.
• Provide leadership to foster inclusion and diversity.
