Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead administrative and technical management of water/wastewater treatment projects. You will serve as the project’s primary point of contact and drive progress on all fronts, from planning through closeout.

The role requires a deep commitment to safety, meeting client deadlines, and guiding teams on complex projects at active sites. You will foster relationships with owners, engineers, and subs to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
• 5-9+ years construction experience, preferably for a general contractor on water/wastewater facilities; DBIA and LEED accreditation a plus.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish; strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with owners and engineering firms; coordinate with subs.
• Lead project meetings and supervise project team members; train and develop reports.
• Prepare monthly job status reports and maintain project records.
• Support proposals and presentations as requested.
