Job summary

Clark Water is seeking a Construction Executive to lead field operations on water and wastewater projects across multiple sites. The role requires directing self-performed and contracted work, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance while coordinating with stakeholders and clients.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, strategic planning, and proactive risk management to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline or relevant work experience.
12+ years of experience on wastewater treatment projects.
6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
In depth knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
Demonstrated experience leading field operations and communicating plans across audiences.
OSHA or equivalent safety knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead timely and cost-effective installation of contracted work on the project(s).
Implement safety programs and conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance.
Lead multi-disciplinary meetings to gain buy-in on project schedule and milestones.
Develop and maintain recovery schedules and communicate with stakeholders.
Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing group.
Cultivate client relationships and represent Clark on meetings and proposals.
Identify risks and adapt plans to keep projects on schedule and budget.
Participate in closeout activities and marketing presentations.
