Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Manager to direct day‑to‑day management, develop comprehensive project plans, and lead communications among stakeholders. The role emphasizes contract administration, procurement, risk management, and schedule oversight to ensure successful project delivery.

The candidate will drive safety on active job sites, manage close‑out activities, and foster a diverse, inclusive team culture while recruiting top industry talent to join Clark.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of construction experience; large-scale GC preferred.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Ability to manage contract administration, schedules, and financial reporting.
• DBIA and/or LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Drive safety culture on the project site.
• Assist in proposals and presentations to win new work.
