Job summary

Clark Water seeks a Construction Executive to lead and oversee all field operations on wastewater projects. You will supervise self-performed and contracted work, ensuring compliance with contract documents and the project schedule while promoting safety and quality.

Responsibilities include planning scheduling, coordinating with stakeholders, mentoring team members, and building client relationships. Expect a demanding, high-performance environment with extended hours during critical phases.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related experience.
• 12+ years on wastewater treatment projects.
• 6+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes: scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Proven ability to communicate plans across diverse audiences; OSHA knowledge.
• Aligns with Clark Standards of Excellence: integrity, accountability, adaptability, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations for the project or multiple projects; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Implement safety programs and conduct inspections for compliance with regulations.
• Foster safety and quality culture among employees and subcontractors.
• Plan sequence of work, manage site logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Maintain project quality; develop and update schedules with milestones; communicate with contractors and stakeholders.
