Job summary

Clark Water, a unit of Clark Construction Group, LLC, seeks a Construction Executive to lead field operations on wastewater projects. You will supervise self-performed and contracted work, ensure compliance with contract documents and schedules, and cultivate a culture of safety and quality on site.

You will manage project teams, sequence work, and communicate with stakeholders while driving on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience working on wastewater treatment projects.
• 6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise timely and cost-effective installation of project work.
• Implement safety programs and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Lead and mentor project team members to build a high-performing group.
• Plan sequencing of work, manage site logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedule and KPI insights.
• Communicate the schedule to contractors and stakeholders; lead multi-disciplinary meetings.
