Clark Construction Group seeks a Construction Executive to lead all field operations on water/wastewater projects in the US. You will oversee self-performed and subcontracted work, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while aligning with contract requirements and project plans.

The role requires deep experience in large, multi-discipline projects, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage complex schedules and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 12+ years in wastewater and related heavy civil projects.
• 6+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Strong scheduling, contract administration, and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations to deliver on schedule and budget.
• Lead safety programs and enforce compliance on site.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
• Communicate plans clearly to stakeholders and lead multi-disciplinary meetings.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
