Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an experienced Client Executive to join a Birmingham, AL-based team. The role emphasizes risk management, claims administration, and program design for construction and oil & gas clients.

Hybrid in-office with travel to other EPIC offices as needed. The ideal candidate has a ten-year track record in insurance client service, a valid P&C license, and strong communication and relationship-building skills to support producers and marketing account

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of commercial agency client service and/or marketing experience in insurance.
• Property & Casualty license required; continuing education maintained.
• Advanced insurance designation (AAI or CIC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first stop for escalated service issues or complex problems.
• Coordinate resources inside and outside EPIC for the team or client.
• Review proposals and provide quick feedback during peak season.
• Assist with coverage disputes and complex claims.
• Renewal management and program updates for large, complex clients.
• Train, develop, and delegate to team members for ongoing program management.
• Attend pre-renewal meetings and discuss renewal strategy.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, carriers, and producers.
