Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in casualty claims or agency.
• IRMI CRIS designation within one year.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong relationships with clients, carriers, and peers.
• Ability to negotiate with adjusters and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of a claim: evaluate coverage, report to carrier, document, and follow up.
• Provide technical expertise in inquiries from clients, adjusters, TPAs, and counsel.
• Establish and maintain claim files per service commitments.
• Monitor treatment plans, explore return-to-work opportunities, and advise on settlements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective communication.
• Identify claim trends and advise on reduction strategies.
• Stay current on insurance contracts and industry trends.
