Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks a seasoned professional to lead client relationships and strategic submissions. The role blends collaboration with producers, carrier negotiations, and data-driven marketing to win complex middle-market accounts.

Based in a hybrid office setup, you will manage renewal processes, leverage Sagitta and PowerBroker AI, and mentor junior staff while delivering exceptional client service across our national book.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in commercial insurance marketing/placement/brokering.
• Experience with client-facing and carrier-facing roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Sagitta, ImageRight, Broker Buddha, and PowerBroker AI.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary expert resource and first point of contact for assigned clients.
• Address client inquiries and manage day-to-day service needs, delegating tasks as appropriate to support staff.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive communication and consistent service delivery.
• Collaborate with Producers to define marketing strategies, target pricing, and carrier selection.
• Collect and analyze client data to prepare comprehensive submissions and negotiate terms with carriers.
• Maintain accurate client data in agency systems and coordinate renewal activities.
• Oversee renewal solicitation and finalization of quotes and proposals for delivery.
