Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Dallas seeks a seasoned Client Executive to support construction and energy clients with risk management, claims administration, and program design. Responsible for escalated service issues and renewal strategy to free up producers for high-value work.

The role blends in-office training with a hybrid schedule, requiring deep industry experience, a P&C license, and strong communication and relationship-building skills to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum ten years in a commercial agency in client service or marketing.
• Valid Property & Casualty License is required.
• Advanced insurance designation such as AAI or CIC preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and insurance tools including Sagitta and ImageRight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first escalation point for service issues or complex problems.
• Coordinate resources inside and outside EPIC to support clients.
• Review proposals and provide feedback to MAE during busy seasons.
• Handle coverage disputes and assist with complex claims.
• Manage renewal program updates for large clients with limited oversight.
• Train and mentor other team members in program management.
