Job summary

EPIC Brokers is seeking an Account Manager - Project Solutions to serve as the primary client contact for construction and design clients in a hybrid role. You will cultivate client relationships, coordinate renewals, and onboard new accounts while leveraging Sagitta and cross-functional resources.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial insurance (Builder’s Risk/OCIPs/CCIPs) and a broker’s P&C license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably Builder’s Risk and OCIPs/CCIPs.
• Experience placing insurance for Architect, Engineering & Construction industries is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client issues and questions.
• Process cancellation notices and ensure timely resolution.
• Document customer service transactions.
• Manage renewal process and intake of new clients.
• Use Sagitta and prepare insurance proposals.
