Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is looking for a Senior Client Manager to oversee client service delivery in the Construction practice. This role requires 5+ years in commercial property and casualty insurance and a strong focus on enhancing client relationships.

Located in Newport Beach, with a hybrid schedule, you'll be vital in managing a book of business while collaborating closely with Producers and account teams.

Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000, along with generous benefits including PTO and insurance options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role.
• 3+ years of Construction commercial account management experience.
• Possession of a Property and Casualty Broker License.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service delivery throughout the insurance renewal and policy period.
• Ensure timely and consistent review of expiration list.
• Provide support to Producers/Client Advocate and/or Client Executives.
