Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of a claim from notice to closure and keep client and producer updated.
• Provide technical guidance in response to inquiries from clients, adjusters, and defense counsel.
• Maintain and review claim files to meet service commitments and timelines.
• Monitor treatment protocols and advise on settlement discussions.
• Coordinate with other departments and participate in claims reviews and client presentations.
