Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a seasoned Client Executive to support construction contractor clients with risk management, claims administration, and program design. Based in Birmingham, AL, the hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with some remote work, aiming to free producers to pursue higher-value tasks.

You bring 10+ years in commercial agency client service or marketing, a Property & Casualty license, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to deliver top-tier

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in commercial agency client service or marketing.
• Experience in construction and/or oil & gas industries.
• Active Property & Casualty license and CE requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for escalated service issues.
• Coordinate resources within the team and with external partners.
• Review proposals and provide feedback to MAE.
• Assist with renewal and program updates.
• Support retention and cross-selling opportunities.
• Train and delegate to teammates.
• Attend pre-renewal meetings.
