Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Account Manager - Project Solutions to serve as the primary client contact for construction and design clients. Hybrid role: 3 days in-office in Alpharetta, GA, Chicago, IL, or St. Louis, MO.

You will manage renewals, client service, and onboarding of new clients, leveraging Sagitta and insurer relationships. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, with Builder's Risk and OCIPs/CCIPs, a P&C license or ability to obtain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in working with commercial insurance, preferably with Builder's Risk and OCIPs / CCIPs.
• Broker’s P&C license is required, or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire
• Bachelor’s degree preferred - experience equivalent will be considered
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations; teamwork and diplomacy

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client issues and questions, including but not limited to different scenarios.
• Process and follow up on cancellation notices by insurers to ensure timely resolution.
• Document customer service transactions accurately.
• Manage changes in exposure and related endorsements and documentation.
• Forward contract reviews to appropriate resources and insurance certificates to relevant teams.
• Issue Auto ID Cards as needed and update account information in the shared database.
• Support claims reporting and assist with invoicing and order financing when appropriate.
• Proactively manage renewal and new business processes according to EPIC’s timing standards.
