Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks a Commercial Insurance Client Executive to support construction contractor clients with holistic risk management, claims administration, and program design. This highly collaborative role requires escalation management, strong client service, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of commercial insurance marketing/placement experience in construction and/or oil & gas specialties.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Team-oriented yet capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact before escalating service issues to producers.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to resolve client needs.
• Review proposals and provide feedback to MAE during peak seasons.
• Manage coverage disputes and assist with complex claims.
• Support renewal and program updates for large, complex clients.
