Qualifications

• 7+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, with Construction Surety Bonds preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license within four months (90 days).
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and margin growth for the Region.
• Identify new client opportunities with revenue over $30,000.
• Initiate or participate in at least six new business opportunities annually.
• Manage client engagements to achieve targeted contribution margins.
