Job summary

Aon Corporation in Dallas is seeking an Account Executive II to join the Construction & Infrastructure practice. The role works with experienced insurance professionals to manage complex indemnity structures, high-volume transactions, and risk analysis for construction clients.

This is a hybrid position with 2–3 days onsite weekly from a local Aon office. You will lead client engagements, drive revenue growth, and collaborate across teams to deliver sophisticated surety programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Property & Casualty insurance, with emphasis on Construction Surety Bonds.
• Must maintain proper licensing.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities and personnel to achieve revenue and margin growth for the Region.
• Achieve targeted fee-based revenue lift in the Region.
• Identify new client opportunities with annual revenue > $30,000.
• Initiate or participate in at least six new business opportunities annually.
• Manage client engagements to achieve at least 65% contribution margin.
• Expand knowledge through training and programs.
