Job summary

Aon is seeking an Account Executive for the Construction & Infrastructure Practice in Houston, TX or Dallas, TX. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 2–3 days a week. You will manage client insurance programs, analyze coverage costs, and coordinate with carriers to present tailored recommendations.

You will review contracts and related documents, handle invoicing, and support the team with various projects and operational needs. Relevant licenses and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years in predominately casualty broking or underwriting environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Property and Casualty license (ARM, CRIS designation) preferred or to be obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support clients' insurance and risk transfer programs.
• Analyze coverage and costs; prepare insurance market submissions.
• Coordinate with carriers; compare program options to develop client recommendations.
• Review contracts, policies, claims, audits and related documentation for accuracy.
• Handle invoicing and day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
• Support team with special projects and day-to-day operations.
