Job summary

Aon is seeking an Account Executive II to join our Construction & Infrastructure in Chicago. This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite weekly, with potential applicants in Chicago, St Louis, Indianapolis, Dallas, Houston, and Minneapolis.

You will collaborate with senior team members to develop coverage strategies and marketing initiatives for both renewals and new business, respond to client requests, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Willingness to obtain active P&C license within four months (90 days).

Responsibilities

• Develop coverage strategies and marketing initiatives for renewals and new business.
• Respond to client requests and service needs promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for new business and renewals.
• Analyze client risk exposures and present tailored marketing proposals.
• Build relationships with underwriting community and partner markets.
• Process policies, renewals, endorsements, additions, and cancellations.
• Review documents for signatures and distribute materials.
• Calculate premium adjustments and related figures.
• Lead and monitor insurance or risk retention programs to meet goals.
• Manage daily tasks using technology platforms.
