Job summary

Aon is seeking an Account Executive to join our Construction & Infrastructure Practice in Houston, TX or Dallas, TX. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office 2-3 days a week and focuses on managing client insurance programs, market submissions, and carrier coordination.

You will review contracts, policies, claims, and related documents to ensure accuracy while delivering exceptional client service. Strong analytical, presentation, and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years in predominately casualty broking or underwriting environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Property and Casualty license required within six months or ARM/CRIS designation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and costs for clients' insurance programs.
• Prepare insurance market submissions and coordinate with carriers.
• Compare program options to develop client recommendations.
• Review contracts, policies, claims, audits and related documentation for accuracy.
• Handle invoicing and other administrative responsibilities.
• Support the team with special projects and day-to-day operations.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree

Property and Casualty license / ARM, CRIS designation
