Qualifications

• 7+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, with Construction Surety exposure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Must obtain active P&C license within four months of hire (90 days).

Responsibilities

• Manage activities to achieve revenue objectives and margin growth for the Region.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities with substantial annual revenue.
• Lead and participate in Surety and CSG sales and client review meetings.
• Maintain licensing and participate in development programs as nominated.
