Aon in Dallas is seeking an Account Executive II to join Construction & Infrastructure on a hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite). You will lead regional revenue growth and manage high-stakes surety programs with top clients.

The candidate should have 7+ years in Property & Casualty insurance, with Construction Surety Bonds, and be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license within four months of hire. Aon's comprehensive benefits and incentive programs support long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, with Construction Surety Bonds.
• Maintain licensing and participate in company development programs.
• Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license within four months of hire (90 days).

Responsibilities

• Manage activities to achieve targeted revenue and margin growth for the Region.
• Achieve the targeted % lift on all fee-based revenue in aggregate in the Region.
• Identify new client opportunities with annual revenue of more than $30,000.
• Initiate or participate in at least six new business opportunities annually and assist other colleagues to achieve regional goals.
• Manage all client engagements to produce at least a 65% contribution margin relative to Surety deliverables.
• Expand knowledge base through company training and external programs.
