Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Project Manager to lead contract administration, procurement, scheduling, and financial reporting for large-scale construction projects in the United States. The role emphasizes team leadership, safety, and client relationships across owners, engineers, and design firms.

You will manage permits, insurance verification, and project close-out, while developing staff and pursuing new opportunities through proposals and presentations. This is a fast-paced field role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a project.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong ability to develop relationships with owners and trade contractors.
• Proven leadership, ethics, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Alignment to excellence standards: self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and reporting.
• Ensure knowledge of all contracts and involved parties.
• Secure permits and verify subcontractor insurance.
• Coordinate project meetings and activities.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare monthly status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Close out projects with manuals, warranties, and final payments.
• Develop relationships with owners, engineers, and designers.
• Set and monitor project deadlines.
• Drive safety culture on site.
• Support new business through proposals and presentations.
• Foster inclusion and diversity; recruit top talent.
• Identify and develop industry relationships to win work.
