Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a General Estimator to join our estimating track. The role focuses on creating and managing estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial lines, while meeting with clients and guiding projects to completion.

You will develop accurate scopes using Xactimate, monitor budgets, and report progress to clients and management. Expect interaction with large-loss insurers and regional clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating >$50,000 and Commercial estimating >$100,000.
• Completion of BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 2 and Xactimate Level 3 certifications.
• Strong MSDS knowledge and use of BELFOR estimate formats.
• Excellent English literacy and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage estimates in residential, commercial, and industrial lines.
• Meet with clients and communicate progress with management.
• Use Xactimate to develop quality and competitive estimates.
• Maintain schedules, review budgets, and coordinate with trades.
• Identify site hazards and ensure safety and compliance.
