Job summary

BELFOR Environmental is seeking a General Estimator to create and manage estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial lines. You will meet clients, develop competitive estimates using Xactimate, and oversee work through completion while coordinating with management.

Responsibilities include accurate sketching, adherence to local codes, and maintaining budgets. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating >$50k; Commercial estimating >$100k.
• BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 2 certification; Advanced Xactimate training.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-sketches with multi-levels and/or roof sketches.
• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under, and floor plans.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades and management.
