BELFOR Holdings Inc. is seeking a General Estimator to develop and manage estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will meet with clients, produce quality estimates in Xactimate, and oversee job progress from scope through completion.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large regional accounts with a focus on timely delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimates above $50,000 and commercial above $100,000.
• Proficiency with BELFOR estimation formats and Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes and estimates using Xactimate.
• Meet with clients and manage estimates through completion.
• Maintain budgets and communicate progress to clients and management.
• Coordinate after-hours emergencies and site safety.
