Job summary

You will utilize Timberline for cost estimates, compile historical data, and support bid activities, pre-bid walks, and post-bid analyses.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and researching costs.
• Utilizes Timberline to prepare OPCC and design-build project estimates.
• Develops schedules and cost analyses for project reporting.
• Develops and manages subcontracts, change orders, and applications for payment.
